  • Customer Communications: Any emails or messages exchanged with us about orders, support, or enquiries.

  • All files are stored locally on a secure, business-only iMac system. We do not use third-party cloud storage unless you explicitly request it.

  • If your print job is completed using a Bambu Lab printer connected to the internet, basic print metadata (e.g., file names, print time) may be logged on Bambu Lab’s servers. This data is processed under Bambu Lab’s own privacy policy and beyond our control.

  • On request, we are happy to complete printing offline via USB using a local printer, ensuring no internet communication is used during the process.

 

5. Sharing Your Information

We only share your data when necessary and under strict confidentiality:

  • Service Providers – Payment processors, delivery companies, technical platforms (e.g., Wix).

  • Hosting Platform – This website is hosted by Wix.com, which stores data securely on their infrastructure.

  • Legal Requirements – We may share data where required by law, regulation, or court order.

  • International Data Transfers – Where your data is transferred outside the UK or EEA (e.g., via Wix or Bambu Lab), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
